Luxury 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom Villa over looking Cala Jondal Bay. Private Pool, Balinese Summer House which is an ideal place to chill out, day and night. Secure private location with electric gates at the entrance. 5 minutes from the Airport. Local beach bars are the Blue Marlin and Tropicana.

Bedrooms:	5 bedrooms. Master bedroom with bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool and the bay of Cala Jondal. Four equal sized bedrooms with en suites. One nanny/staff bedroom sharing an en suite. Of the six bedrooms, three have large 2 x 2m emperor.
Bathrooms:	All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Plus one guest bathroom. All bathrooms supplied with towels and changed 3 times per week
Kitchen:	There are two Kitchens, one indoor house kitchen with seating for 12 people and an outdoor kitchen. The outdoor Kitchen has BBQ cooking facilities and seating for 14 people.
Utility Room:	There is a washing machine and extra refrigeration and freezer storage in the utility room.
Living Rooms:	Open plan living & dining inside and outside
Other:	A large Balinese Summer House is located at the end of the pool overlooking Cala Jondal Bay with views to the West which is a perfect place to watch Sunset. The windows to the main living area downstairs open up onto a large shaded terrace area.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	Towel change 3 times a week and once a week linen change.

Coast/Beach Cala Jondal is now possibly the trendiest beach on Ibiza and there's a fabulous selection of beach restaurants that are popular with the rich and famous as well as locals and holidaymakers. Many offer zodiac service (taking a dinghy out to the fabulous boats and yachts anchored off shore to collect the owners to eat in their restaurants). This can be great fun to watch as many dress completely inappropriately for stepping out of the dinghy into the sea! Golf 30 minute drive. Travel 10 minutes drive from the Airport and the use of a car is essential. Distances Nearest shop is a few minutes drive and the nearest town is Ibiza Town, 20 minutes drive.
